My name is Eva Haubold, I am 33 years old and live in Dresden.
In 1993, after getting the A-Level, I began an apprenticeship as a confectioner in Schwabach near Nürnberg (Bavaria) and finished in 1997 with decoration.
Thereafter I returned to my hometown.
Meanwhile I specialize in producing sugars, and figures of marzipan and chocolate, which I want to present you on these pages.
